We live in a detached bungalow on a large corner plot with land all the way round. .The bungalow is 30ft by 30ft we are 20 to 25ft away from the hedge down the side which borders with the highway and 30 to 35 ft from the front also highway.
We will be away from any neighbours as we are against our own 10 ft hedge, how far can we build out and how wide can we go along the bungalow we were thinking of either a "T" or "L" shaped profile.
Can we build to the side and extend out to the front for a extra bed room and garages space .
