Has submitted a request to the Managing Agents for a permission to redecorate my flat in London which includes change of kitchen, bathroom, re-wiring, repainting and installation of a wooden floor with proper insulation underneath.
For two months they would not respond so I sent them a letter through my Solicitor who gave them a week's notice, otherwise we commence works.
I am from Cyprus and I am surprised by the lack of professionalism of the Managing Agents and the Building Surveyor.
Did you hear of other cases like this or am I a unique case?
