How do I keep the outbuilding and fence, the garden is on a corner of a high street. Just ideas!

What do you mean keep it? Have you been served Enforcement Action by the Council?

Some have reported, that I don't have a permit for the building, Council wants to demolish the building
I am looking for options to save the building! Thank you

You need to submit a Planning application. If refused, look at Appealing. But you may be fighting a losing battle. If it was reduced in size and sat solely within your boundary, then that may be more acceptable. You may also have the option of a PD outbuilding.
