Can unauthorised development of a fenceline / wall be considered in relation to another application?
The unathorised fence will restict visibility at a previously approved access. It is not permitted development nor is it immune from planning enforcement and the breach has been reported to the Planning Department.
In a separate application road service has asked for the fenceline to be shown in the plans.
