Carbon and Energy statement

I have submitted an application to partially demolish the existing bungalow and erect a two-storey house. Council is asking for an Energy statement. Could someone please suggest the approximate cost to get this report?

Look on your Council’s Planning website for recently validated/approved applications. See who prepared their Energy Statements and obtain a price from them.

Thanks Damian. I called them the quote is varying from 500 to 1000, so trying to understand the realistic price

Well at least you know what the average price range is. Maybe next look at lead in and turnaround times.
