thanks for setting up this group.
advice please on change of use c1 to c3
the town where the property that we are interested in is currently a guest house c1.
we wish to purchase and make it c3.
It is a holiday town, however it has a town local neighbourhood plan, that says, that change of use should be supported as long as conditions are met.
one of those conditions is ‘should be advertised for a minimum of 12 month before being released for other uses.’
my question is, what is that actual definition of that statement?
i can assume it means , has been for sale for, however to assume can make an… well, you know!
i want to make sure its not some legal preposition that advertised means something else?
i called planning but got nowhere so far
