Change of use to residential under PD

Can I convert an old sports pavillion into residential under permitted development, it sits in 4 acres and was vacated over 50 years ago.
Subsequently its been used as a farm shop and more recently for horses.

Note the existing use would be that of which has been formally agreed and not any temporary use of which the Council would not know anything about.
