A property is built to the rear of the site up to the boundary in fact, owner wants to put single storey 3 bay wooden garage. It would be in front of the property which apparently isn’t permitted. There’s no room behind the property front line.. can he built in front of the house line it this is the case? Tia

They can submit an application for whatever they want. Whether it’ll be deemed to comply with Planning policy is another thing.
