do i need planning permission

I want to put a portacabin onto private farmland with no neighbours to run a local village shop.

Do i need planning permission. Someone says yes and others say no. It will cost £120 for pre application and if the answer was no then I lose the money.

Can any one help?

i want to change a flat window at the front of my house into a bay window. Do i need planning even though it doesnt extend beyond the building line ?

Hi,
Please can you tell me if I need planning permission for the property iv just started renting? It was a carpet & bed shop & now I have a small dance school there.
Apart from painting it nothing at all has been alters with the property.
