Double storey extension WITH rear extension

Hello,

I have a end of terrace, that has a shared drive. There is a terraced neighbour on the left and a neighbour after the 3.5 meter or so shared driveway.

Question:

- can I do a 6m single storey extension under PD prior approval
- can I also add a 3m projection double storey on the side? This will be well away from any habitable window of the neighbours?

Thoughts welcome please

1. Providing you have PD rights and the proposals comply with the PA/PD requirements, then yes.

2. You can but it will require Planning and would therefore have to meet your Council’s Planning policies.
