Existing garage converted to sun house

I have knocked down the existing garage in our back garden due to asbestos roof etc. I have built a new sun house. I have kept it below 2.5m to the eaves and less than 3m to the pitched roof. The ground are is less than 15m2 so I don think I need planning permission or building regs. Am I right?
