Our flat is an ex-local and we have a large balcony that sits on top of a ground floor flat. I would like to extend our living room onto some of the balcony which would require new walls and its own roof. What kind of building permissions do I need to look at and are there any examples of this being done as I can't find anything online... Thanks!
