I currently have a Single Garage measuring H2500 x D6500 x W4325 that is beyond repair block contruction, tin roof, electric shutter door.
We want to knock down and build a double garage due to lack of parking in our street. The Height and Depth of the garage will remain the same but the width will be increased new measurements would be H2500 x D6500 x W5115. Will I require any planning permission for this build. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
