Garage or car port in place or current driveway

Hello,

We live on a corner plot in a cul-de-sac. We currently have a driveway to the side of our house with a dropped curb. Would it be possible to build a garage or car port where the driveway is?

The grey dot is just from my location on Google maps but it does indeed coincide with the principle elevation. Yes.
