Holiday Let Change of Use

Hi.
I currently have two holiday lets vacant, both have C3 classification with the Council, but we pay business rates on both properties, could this be covered under the vacant commercial property revised laws coming out in September, are the properties classed as commercial?
I would like to get change of use on both, any advice would be great.

Your best and quickest bet would be to email your Council’s taxation department.
