L shaped loft conversion - permitted development?

I'm planning a loft conversion on a property with back addition. However, the second storey of the back addition was a recent extension. Would the L-shape dormer still pe permitted development if it extends above the addition, respecting all the other requirements? Thank you!

PD only relates to the original house meaning you can’t utilise PD on any subsequent extension.
