Loft extension

My loft extension has been granted a certificate of lawfulness which confirms it can be done under permitted development. It has a set of full length glass doors with Juliet balcony which overlook the back garden. My neighbours would prefer a window, as it’s at the back of the property could I change this to a window without going back to the planning dept?

The CoL relates directly to what was submitted and now approved. Any changes are therefore not covered under that same CoL, irrespective if the changes are still to be considered PD.
It’s a very minor change and whether it would ever be picked up as an ‘issue’ in the future is very slim.
