we live in scotland and
partially floored our loft for light storage but i did not realise we would need planning permission for it! is it ok to remove the flooring prior to sale of the house to original state. I do not want to get involved in a minefield of regulations if the floor remains without having had permission to partially floor. any advice would be much appreciated, thanks.
