I have few questions and I believe you will help me.
I'm working as self-employed for contractors and Im doing chimney removals, plasterboarding, painting decorating for about 5 years.
But now it's time to start my own jobs without contractors.
I want start my own jobs for chimney removals for the start, small company with my friend.
For this job needs structural engineer and building regulations, but who need solve this, the company who doing the job or the home owner?
And structural engineer needs for every project check the wall structure or just when the purlin is sitting on the chimney?
The contractors sent me to solved projects already, so I don't know nothing about permissions what needs be solved.
