New windows in conservation area. application type

Good evening
I want to replace existing single glazed timber sash windows for a double glazed timber sash alternative. Everything will look the same except obviously we will be increasing the energy efficiency.
This is for my own property that was built in 1882.

is this the correct application to make?

No, just a standard Householder application along with the information required to meet the LPA’s validation requirements.

Your proposals within a CA should not trigger the “demolition within…” form.
