Permitted Development

I am enquiring about permitted development right for outbuilding. I have read it somewhere "where outbuildings within 2m of property boundary then overall maximum height should be under 2.5 m"

1) I have recently built a pent summerhouse in back garden which is within 2 metres of the boundary line of neighbour property (fence). Although it doesn’t breach any permitted development but I am unsure about one particular point mentioned below.

2) It is sitting on a sloped garden where slope is the highest at the back of the building. The height at eaves (at the back) is 2.37 m from the ground level measured from the highest point at the back.

3) The height at the front of pent summerhouse from the ground level at front is 2.7 m where slope is lower. However, if I take the height from the highest point of the slope (at the back) then the height of the front is 2.4m.

My question is whether or not I have breached permitted development rules.

The height will be measured from the highest ground level adjacent to the building. So the height complies.
