Planning breach

Hi is it a breach of planning not to disclose all owners of a planning submission to the local council in the planning application. Specifically in the box entitled “Ownership Certificates and Agricultural Land Declaration” in the instance a business partner has a legal share in the land/building many thanks

The Planning department may not be aware and solely rely on the information on the application form as being correct. Any discrepancies should be reported to the Planning department.
