Hello All
We have submitted a certificate of lawful development for the Siting of 8 mobile stables timber structures on land that has had equestrian use historically as well as a permanent stables building taken down in 2012.
The application fee is being advised as £1400 nearly for 202sqm total floor area.
Can anyone advise a more appropriate way of calculating the fee for this CLD than floor area on new buildings?
£1400 seems excessive
