Planning Perm & Buildings Regs

Do most people submit for planning permission and building regs approval at the same time or wait till they've got planning permission before submitting for buildings regs.

Get planning sorted first Annie (assuming what you propose cannot be done under permitted development rights) either way you'll still need Building regs (probably) but better to sort any planning approvals before trouble and expense of building regs.
