Planning Permission for a bridge?

I have two fields separated by a brook and want to build a bridge wide enough to get a tractor through. Do I need planning permission?

We have an issue, we have just received planning permission at the second attempt for a large house including a 4th bedroom, but the plans are not what we asked for with our agent, and the permission means we need to reduce the length of the existing kitchen by 2 metres. What would you advise us do? We would never have agreed to reduce the length of the existing kitchen.
