We encountered many problems while trying to gain planning permission for a rear and side extension and rear roof dormer with velux windows at the front pitch of our property.

Once we signed off and paid for all the documents and drawings, they submitted the Application on our behalf.

Three weeks later we received a call from drawing and planning informing us that our Planning application had been granted.
