Re-cladding of commercial property

Hi,

Is full Plannning Permission required to re-clad and add window and door openings to and existing commercial unit? Or can this change come under PDR?

The site is not constrained by a conservation area, AONB etc.

I’m not familiar with PD for non-residential developments. You’ll have to do a bit of research or get in contact with your Local Planning Authority.
