In my area (Hampshire) there are often properties for around a million with upto 10 acres of land.
This works out as £100,000 per acre.
My 3 bedroom house is worth £400k and I have about 0.1 acres. So my land is worth £4,000,000 per acre.
Assuming I could find a way to purchase a large house by involving other parties, what is the chance of building on the land? Assuming I find a highly secluded property?
