Does anyone have experience or knowledge of the planning situation regarding a residential caravan placed on site during a self-build construction project please?
We are almost there with our build, but cannot quite co-ordinate the sale of our current home with having the new-build ready for habitation. This leaves us 'homeless' for approximately 8 weeks.
The simplest solution would be a static caravan on site, but with money very tight indeed, we'd like to avoid a costly planning application.
Any ideas?
