Hello, one questions I would like to ask please ,

How much use of a building constitutes a change of use? Is using a building for example for three months a years a change of use from agricultural to commercial?

We have an agricultural building in use for our agricultural contracting business and are currently applying for a rural enterprise dwelling on site, the planners have confirmed that they are happy with the current use but myself living on site will require a change of use of that building , but the use and amount of use will remain the same if I didn't live there?
