Self-build House Section 73 Application

Hi all,

I am intending on building a self-build house. I had an application approved to build a house, however now I want to amend the roof to an gable-end (with a dormer) from the currently passed hipped roof. Would I need to submit a compeletely new application or could I submit a section 73 application to amend the existing application.

You should be able to submit a S73 application providing it doesn’t alter the approved description of work.
