Shower room installed in part of what was the lounge
informed charnwood borough council, now selling property - building inspector came in February 2015
to do a final review and tick a box regarding the electrics (certificate supplied by electrical contractors) we are now being asked by our solicitor for building regs or proof of approval - do we need and LDC
Lawful Development Certificate
