Single story extension after a loft conversion PD rights

Hi Does, anybody know if PD rights can be used multiple times? We have had a small loft conversion under PD development and were hoping to have a single story lean to extension out the back of the house. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers Rich

PD has various classes so you’re not restricted to a loft conversion or an extension. Look up the PD rupees for extensions via the Planning Portal.

If you have PD rights and the proposals comply with the PD requirements, then no. Check you meet the eaves height requirement as this is what catches a lot of people out when adding to a bungalow.
