Can anyone advise if planning permission is needed for a verandah (open on three sides).
The building in question is our village hall, which is detached, in its own grounds, no neighbours, The verandah would be to the side of the building and extend out about 4 metres from the wall. (nearest house about 200 metres away from the other side of the hall.)
There was a similar structure in place many years ago.
